The reason why our lamb is odorless and rich in flavor.This is due to the unique method of aging and salt-curing, which was invented by a meat craftsman in Sapporo.
Fresh lamb is cured with just the right amount of salt and temperature control to remove excess moisture and drips, concentrating the flavor.Further aging makes the lamb incredibly tender and aromatic.
